Public offer

1. General
This page is the public offer for SignalMonitor. It is addressed to the person who creates an account.
Creating an account accepts the offer. Paying an invoice, when there is one, accepts the price and period stated on that invoice.
The Ukrainian text is the binding version.
2. Service
The operator provides a cabinet. There the customer connects sources, writes rules, and reads mentions.
The service does not send messages as the customer and does not join channels, groups, or other communities.
3. Sources and rules
The customer connects only places they are allowed to read. Keys, tokens, and sessions are stored encrypted.
A mention comes from a rule match, or from the marks set on a Google Alerts or Talkwalker Alerts source. The customer can pause or delete a source and a rule in the cabinet.
4. Access and payment
A new account starts on a trial. Paid access starts after the invoice is paid. The amount, period, and payment details are on the invoice. Card payment on this site is not accepted.
If payment is not continued, collection of new messages stops. The feed already collected stays readable.
5. Messages and data
Questions about the service, an invoice, or personal data go through the contacts page. The reply goes to the email on the message or on the account.
What data is processed, and why, is in the privacy policy.
6. Liability
The service shows texts from the connected sources. It does not promise that a source will return every mention, or that an outside network will keep the same access.
For a paid period, the operator’s liability is limited to the amount paid for that period. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
7. Term and ending
The offer applies from the day it is published until this page is replaced. A new version applies to use after that.
The customer may stop by writing through the contacts page. The operator may close an account that breaks these terms and writes to the account email.
8. Law
The law of Ukraine applies to this contract.
9. Seller details
The seller’s name, code, and address are stated on the invoice. The terms on this page stay the same.
