Privacy policy
Published on 28 October 2026.
1. Who processes the data
Account data in SignalMonitor is processed by the operator of this service. The operator’s details are on the public offer and on the invoice.
The Ukrainian text of this policy is the binding version.
2. Which data
Name, email, interface language, a Telegram id if you saved one, and login records.
Texts from the sources you connect, and the keys used to read them. Keys are stored encrypted.
Messages sent through the contacts page: name, email, and the text.
3. Why
To create the account, show the cabinet, collect mentions from connected sources, issue an invoice, and answer a message.
Sign-in uses two cookies: a short access cookie and a longer refresh cookie. They are functional cookies, not advertising cookies.
4. Who receives them
The data is not sold. A request goes to a source you connected only in order to read it.
Hosting and the database store these records so the cabinet can run.
5. How long
Account data stays while the account exists. A contact message stays while it is needed for the reply and the record.
You can ask to delete the account or the data through the contacts page.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, and to restrict processing where the law gives that right. Send the request through the contacts page.
